Credilo Loan Readiness Platform
By accessing or using the Credilo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Credilo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Credilo is a loan readiness intelligence tool that helps business owners, financial advisors, and DSA agents assess loan eligibility before applying. The platform analyses uploaded financial documents (bank statements, GST data) and generates readiness reports with lender matching.
Credilo is not a lender, financial institution, or loan marketplace. We do not disburse loans, guarantee approvals, or charge commissions on loan disbursements.
Documents you upload (bank statements, GST certificates, KYC documents) are used solely for generating your loan readiness analysis. We do not share your raw documents with third parties without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to:
Readiness scores, lender matches, and recommendations provided by Credilo are indicative and not guaranteed. Final loan approval depends on the lending institution's own assessment, policies, and due diligence. Credilo is not liable for any loan rejection or adverse outcome arising from reliance on our reports.
All content, algorithms, scoring models, report formats, and branding on the platform are the intellectual property of Credilo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your uploaded documents and generated reports will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
